Diversity and equality
At Repsol, we stand behind the idea that generational, cultural, sexual, gender, and ability diversity contributes to the generation of innovative and different ideas and perspectives. It also creates the added value that allows us to mutually benefit from learning together based on the principle of equality and non-discrimination that guides all our actions.
The integration of persons with disabilities is part of our commitment to equal opportunities and aims to identify talent, improve quality of life, facilitate integration, and break down the barriers that prevent the full integration of persons with different types of disabilities.
We are firmly committed to equal opportunities as a differentiating element to be a more competitive company based on the principle of equality and non-discrimination. We want people to have the opportunity to show their talent and develop their full potential regardless of their gender. For this reason, we are committed to parity in our hiring and talent management free of gender stereotypes and biases.
We stand strongly behind the LGBTI+ community and respect all people regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression. That is why we work to create an inclusive environment and base all our actions on the principle of equality and non-discrimination, thus establishing a respectful setting that allows people to develop talents to their fullest potential.
