Our technical support and development division enables us to design customized products. With pre-sales technical support, we develop products and applications in direct collaboration with you, our customer, in order to immediately detect your needs, while post-sales technical support improves the use of products and solves any problems you might encounter.
Our technology laboratory, a national and international benchmark, is proof of our commitment to different types of innovation. We develop projects that meet current and future energy needs, achieving more efficient energy systems. There, more than 230 scientists and researchers promote knowledge.
Our company is based on the EFQM Excellent Model, which prioritizes customer satisfaction, our employees, and a positive impact on society as being the keys to leadership and company results. By following this model, we define processes appropriately and work on efficient resource management to strengthen our business strategy.
We purchase pallets from responsibly managed forests, minimize our impact by implementing an inverse logistics system that maximizes the useful life of the packaging in which our products are sold (containers and drums), and we contribute to the development of clean technologies with oils that do not require labelling.
