Learn how our selection process works
Below are the different phases of our selection process, but these will be adapted according to the business needs, profile, and experience contributed by the person.
Application and testing phase
The talent attraction team will evaluate your application. If you fit the profile, we will call you for the next stage.
You will receive a phone call to further discuss your professional experience and motivation for the new project.

Group exercise, face-to-face or online, where you will solve a practical case as a team. Applicable only to some positions.
Interview phase
You will undergo a competency-based interview, in person or remotely depending on the availability and type of position you are applying for, with the talent attraction team.
