We develop renewable fuels for PLD Space

Repsol and PLD Space have signed an agreement to develop sustainable fuels for space vehicles, marking a milestone in the aerospace industry.

The main challenge is to reduce the carbon footprint by up to 90%.

The new fuels will be formulated from advanced biofuels and synthetic fuels.

The project supports the European Union's objectives to be climate-neutral by 2050.

Fuels and lubricants in top-level competition

At Repsol Technology Lab we design and produce fuels and lubricants for top-level motorsports. These sporting disciplines are our unique testing ground for our products.

The extreme conditions to which sports cars are subjected allow us to test our fuels and lubricants in a highly demanding environment.

We focus on the development of renewable fuels and lubricants, which not only offer the best performance in the most demanding conditions, but also reduce the carbon footprint.

These will be the products that we subsequently offer to our service station customers.
