_{The Repsol, S.A. 2025 Annual Financial Report (consolidated and individual) was submitted to the Spanish Securities Market Commission (CNMV) (www.cnmv.es, CNMV - Informes financieros anuales - REPSOL, S.A.) in the European Single Electronic Format (xHTML and ZIP) on February 19, 2026. On the same date, in compliance with article 18 of Royal Decree 1362/2007, of October 19, and the First Rule in CNMV Circular 3/2018, of June 28, the Company submitted the selected financial information required in that Circular to the Spanish Securities Market Commission, for statistical purposes.}

_{In addition, on the same date, in compliance with the requirements set out in the Tenth Additional Provision of Law 22/2015, of July 20, on the auditing of financial statements, the Company published the Consolidated Report on Payments to Governments on Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Activities.}
