I studied aerospace engineering at the Politécnica de Valencia and then I did a Master's degree in Competition, which is called MotoSport, oriented towards joining a Formula 1 team and, well, then I returned to Spain to do a PhD in Propulsive Systems.
In my job, basically what we do is study decarbonization options for mobility, especially renewable fuels. And I, in particular, am involved in a project, that I love talking about, which is the topic of MotoGP racing, for the Repsol Honda team. And well, for next year we have to make a fuel with 40% renewable content. For me it's always a challenge, because whenever I get to the office I don't know exactly how the day is going to go, what challenges I'm going to face. Being able to see the result of all the work we are doing, because I know that I am developing a product that in a few days will be enjoyed by the people at the service stations or that I - as a MotoGP fan - will be able to see at the races.
Well, I think you have to be a very organized person, especially because of the amount of work that we have at certain times, and because you have to work in a team. I think you should be curious, you should try to do research, you should look for things related to the area of work you want to focus on, but you should not get lazy.
