In 2024, the number of employees with telework reached 7,137. More than 4,300 employees (13% women and 19% men) have enjoyed the right to take leave for family reasons and protocols have been established for the right to digital disconnection.

We are committed to parity in our hiring processes. By 2024, we have reached 45% of female hires, surpassing the proposed target of 40%.

In Spain, in 2024 we reached 2.12% of people with disabilities in accordance with the General Law on Disability (LGD) and 1.95% globally.

We have a training offer to ensure that we have the necessary skills to comply with the company's Strategic Plan. Some of them are: Net Zero school focused on technical skills of new industrial processes with the participation of more than 1,500 employees, Digital school aimed at digital training with the participation of more than 11,000 employees and Welead to accompany new leaders where about 500 employees have participated in the last two years.

We conduct disease awareness and prevention campaigns and mental health programs.
