After this time, no pre-registration applications for telematic attendance will be accepted. This pre-registration must be carried out in one of the following ways:
In order to ensure the telematic attendance systems are properly managed, anyone who has pre-registered to attend the Annual General Meeting online pursuant to the instructions above must connect via the application between 8:00 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. on May 5, 2022 (if the AGM is held on first call) or May 6, 2022 (if, as expected, the Meeting is held on second call), and identify themselves as indicated in the corresponding instructions.
Once you’ve registered and connected to the Telematic Attendance application following the instructions and within the established time frame, you will be able to attend the Annual General Meeting and vote.
Where applicable, on May 5, 2022, once it has been established that the quorum is insufficient to hold the meeting, we will publish it both on the Application and the 2022 AGM page on the corporate website confirming that the Meeting will be held on second call. In this case, remote attendees who connected on the first call must connect again to attend the Meeting on second call.
