Annual Corporate Governance Report

The 2025 Annual Corporate Government Report has been drafted using the new free format permitted under the Circular 3/2021 notice from the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), which includes the statistical appendix it requires. This report responds to Repsol’s desire to continue at the forefront of transparency in corporate governance information as well as ensuring its full understanding by shareholders.
