The average payment period to suppliers for the Group's Spanish companies in 2023 was 30 days, a time frame that stands below the legal maximum of 60 days established by the Spanish Law 15/2010, of July 5 (amended by final provision two of Law 31/2014 and final provision three of Law 18/2022), which sets out measures to combat late payment in commercial transactions. In 2023 the total amount paid within this period has risen to 15.698 billion euros (96% of the total amount of payments to suppliers) and 905,772 invoices (79% of the total supplier invoices). 2022

The average payment period to suppliers for the Group's Spanish companies in 2022 was 27 days, a time frame that stands below the legal maximum of 60 days established by the Spanish Law 15/2010, of July 5 (amended by final provision two of Law 31/2014 and final provision three of Law 18/2022), which sets out measures to combat late payment in commercial transactions. In 2022 the total amount paid within this period has risen to 22.194 billion euros (96% of the total amount of payments to suppliers) and 915,984 invoices (78% of the total supplier invoices).
