Our supply chain

We are present throughout the value chain, implementing digital solutions that allow us to make our model more efficient in order to develop new energy solutions. We work to facilitate the evolution towards an environmentally friendly energy model, and with this goal in mind, we have set ourselves the goal of becoming a net zero emissions company by 2050.

Refining

We transform crude oil and various alternative raw materials into value-added products, such as fuels, advanced biofuels, and carbon-neutral materials. In addition, we have among our priorities the production of renewable hydrogen, which will be key to decarbonizing various sectors.

Chemicals

We produce and sell a wide variety of petrochemical products, which are used to manufacture everyday objects that improve the quality of life, well-being, and safety of people and are found in almost all industrial segments.

LPG

We distribute and sell liquefied petroleum gas in Spain, Portugal, and France. We do so in different formats: bottled, in bulk, and AutoGas.

Low-carbon power generation

We have low-carbon power generation projects (hydroelectric plants, combined cycle plants, cogeneration plants, wind and PV farms) and we are building new renewable assets to increase our capacity.

Electricity and gas supply

We supply low-carbon gas and electricity in Spain and Portugal, offering our customers cutting-edge digital solutions and energy management initiatives such as self-consumption and distributed generation.

Lubricants, Aviation, Asphalts, and Specialized Products

We develop, produce, and market lubricants, aviation fuel, oil-based specialized products, and bitumen for asphalts in over 90 countries.

Trading

We transport the hydrocarbons produced to supply raw materials to our refineries or sell them on international markets. We also export surplus production from our industrial complexes that is not consumed in the domestic market.

Production

We extract hydrocarbons from the oil field and then sell the oil and gas. We also carry out maintenance, control, and transport activities leveraged on artificial intelligence technologies, adhering to the same sustainability and safety policies as in the previous stages.

Development

We drill wells, build collection systems and processing plants, and evacuation and transport systems, always under policies of sustainability, safety, and transparency that guarantee the proper development of the project.

Exploration

Following the acquisition of a new mining domain, we carry out geological and geophysical work, environmental impact studies, and exploratory drilling to assess its potential, a process in which the latest digital technologies are applied in analyzing information.

Wholesale gas supply and sale

We sell natural gas in North America, where we have an LNG regasification plant in Canada. We also sell LNG and natural gas to wholesale customers in Spain.

Mobility

We have the largest network of service stations where we offer customers multi-energy solutions linked to the Waylet app. We have been pioneers in the incorporation of renewable fuels and very soon we will offer renewable hydrogen for mobility. We have one of the most relevant networks of electric charging points in Spain and we are a leader in AutoGas.

Low-carbon geological solutions

We optimize subsoil resources associated with geothermal energy, CO₂ storage, and renewable hydrogen as a tool for the company's decarbonization, generating value in a growing market.
