Talent with disabilities

Two decades of inclusion

We integrate diversity and the inclusion of people with disabilities as a key element that is strategic to enhancing our competitiveness and helping us become a better company.

But don't take our word for it.

Our history and lines of action

We consider diversity and human talent as one of our main strengths. Managing both properly is key to our company's competitiveness and sustainability.

Acknowledgements and results

Our commitment to inclusion is reflected in the progress we have made and in the recognition we have received, both of which motivate us to continue improving every day, based on best practices with respect to disabilities.

Future and commitment

We work tirelessly to continuously improve our inclusion policies, expand employment opportunities, and eliminate barriers.

At Repsol, I've been able to join an international team where I've always been valued for my professional skills. A team that works is one in which all individual contributions add up. That's how it's been for me at Repsol, where no one even notices I have a different ability.

Through our partnership with Inserta Empleo, Fundación ONCE's program for training and employment, we hire people with disabilities and make them part of the company. This relationship also includes other, more indirect actions to foster workplace inclusion of people with disabilities.

We have an agreement with Down España focused on workplace inclusion for people with Down syndrome and/or intellectual disabilities.
