We stand strongly behind the LGBTI+community and respect all people regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression.
That is why we work to create an inclusive environment and base all our actions on the principle of equality and non-discrimination, thus establishing a respectful setting that allows people to develop talents to their fullest potential.

We have a strong commitment to promoting the rights of the LGBTI+ community.
We have a volunteer group of employees who work to ensure the equality of this community.
The Allies group is self-managed, volunteer, and includes both people who identify with the LGBTI community and those who don’t.
We signed the “UN Standards of Conduct for Business Tacking Discrimination against LGBTI people” promoted by the United Nations and the Ministry of Exterior Affairs that seeks to help businesses examine their current policies and practices on these matters.
We bolster our commitment to the inclusion of the LGBTI+ community in the workplace by incorporating it into our Global Sustainability Plan objectives
