We want logging into your private user area to be easier, more useful, and more secure. With this improvement, you can now access all online services and mobile applications like Waylet with a single username. We've also simplified the log in process so that you can enter with your email and social media accounts. This makes the process of signing up for new services easier.

If you were already signed up as a customer or shareholder, all you need to do is check that your details are correct and accept the new terms and conditions. Welcome to your new Repsol client area!

You may be using your username to log in. In order to simplify the log in process, we've changed the registry so that you now log in with your email address. We all remember our email address, but not necessarily our usernames, right?

Changing your password is a good habit. Once you’ve logged into your profile, you’ll be able to change it in the “My Profile” area.

Absolutely. Once you've logged into your private user area you’ll be able to change or add any personal details in the “My Profile” section. Keeping your details up-to-date will help us to stay in touch and offer you information and advantages tailored to your needs.

We are making improvements so that our services are easier-to-use, more useful, and more secure. Some services have not yet been migrated, but you can access them from the “Access Other Services” link located in the upper right-hand corner of your private user area.

Now, it's even easier than ever. If you are already a user of any of our online services, all you need to do is log in to your private user area. In addition to the services you have already signed up for, you’ll find the “Sign up for other services” link to sign up for new services.

After logging into your private user area, in the “My Services” section you’ll be able to completely manage your services, including signing up for new services and canceling existing ones.
