Application and testing phase

Screening call

You will receive a phone call to further discuss your professional experience and motivation for the new project.

Assessment tests

You will take one or more of the following assessment tests: reasoning, technical, behavioral, or languages.

Group dynamics

Group exercise, face-to-face or online, where you will solve a practical case as a team. Applicable only to some positions.

Interview phase

Competency-based interview

You will undergo a competency-based interview, in person or remotely depending on the availability and type of position you are applying for, with the talent attraction team.

Technical interview(s)

You will undergo one or more technical interviews, in person or remotely, depending on your availability and the type of position you are applying for.
