We are committed to the circular economy of plastics

We believe in innovation to increase the circularity and efficient use of plastic materials in order to improve our products end of life management.

At Repsol, we have been involved for several years on innovation projects to increase the circularity and efficiency of our plastic materials, such as: Reciclex, Naturep, Neospol, Zero or Bio.

In January 2018, the European Commission published its Plastic Strategy initiative, driving the transition in Europe towards a more circular economy. In the same line, we have adhered to PlasticsEurope voluntary commitment "Plastics 2030", which contains a set of ambitious targets and initiatives, from the plastics industry to achieve a fully circular and resource efficient Europe.
