- Repsol's strategy to deal with climate change has been awarded the maximum score in this international index.
- Also, the company has, for the first time, become a leader in biodiversity and also for its social performance reports.
- The company has maintained its leading position in terms of transparency, social impact in the community and human capital development.
- Repsol is one of the twelve oil companies world-wide that are included in this select index, and one of the five in the European index.
- The company was described as “Best in class” in the Oil & Gas sector in the social dimension and has obtained much higher qualifications than the sector's average in the other two dimensions: financial and environmental.
- Repsol leads the sector in nine out of twenty-four criteria analysed.
