New Repsol Materials portal: a more agile, intuitive and efficient digital experience

At Repsol Materials, we continue to drive initiatives that place our customers at the center of our digital strategy. Following the completion of the migration process on May 12, we have launched a new portal built from the ground up to simplify day-to-day operations, offering a more agile, visual, and intuitive experience.

This launch is the result of a progressive validation strategy carried out with customers, enabling us to ensure a smooth and disruption-free transition. Throughout this process, we maintained full coexistence with the previous system, guaranteeing a gradual migration with no risks or impact on operations. Finally, on May 12, we completed the go-live, making the new portal available to all our customers.

The design of the new Repsol Materials portal had a clear objective: to simplify daily operations and improve access to information. The result is a more efficient platform that meets the real needs of our customers and enhances their digital experience.

With this new portal, we reinforce our commitment to digitalization and service excellence.
