An event that transcends borders

Compliance Day is more than a day of talks, forums, and conferences. It is a day in which people share inspirational experiences. We have experts from Repsol participate as well as representatives from leading national and international companies.

Compliance Awards

During Compliance Day, we take the opportunity to recognize best practices in Ethics and Compliance in all of the organization's businesses, countries, and lines of work. This way, we can promote the importance of Compliance.

There is a voluntary network of more than 190 employees called "People Compliance" who act as ambassadors and advocates of compliance, promoting and encouraging a culture of compliance throughout Repsol's activities around the world.

(1) The training of employees is key for the consolidation of the Comprehensive Compliance Model because Repsol trusts them to respect the values, principles, and action guidelines that make up the Company's ethics culture. Repsol encourages communication and the dissemination of the internal regulations linked to ethics and Compliance and facilitates to all employees their knowledge through a global plan, which annually takes into account: (i) the risk level that each group is exposed to, (ii) employee survey results (culture survey) and other sources of the People and Organization area, (iii) requests from the areas, (iv) legal obligations; (v) Compliance and Auditing and Internal Control recommendations, and (vi) evaluation of previously performed actions.
