Solred

Upon registering for this service, you will be able to apply for you card and manage your contract by accessing the Repsol Group payment methods and loyalty customers area, which will allow you to digitally interact in the framework of your relationship with Solred, S.A.

Use of this Online Service is strictly personal and a consequence of your relationship with Repsol, and cannot be used by any other person who is not authorized by you. Consequently, you are personally responsible for not giving your access details for the Online Service to any unauthorized persons.

In the event that you are acting in the name and on behalf of a legal person, you hereby declare that you have sufficient authorization to access the Online Service and oblige the company to what you undertake herein.

You hereby undertake to keep your login details secret, as well as to apply the necessary procedures to keep the aforementioned information confidential and prevent unauthorized use. In the event that you believe or have reason to believe that an unauthorized third party has gained access to your login details, you must notify us of these circumstances. You will continue to be responsible for the proper use and/or handling of this information until we receive notification of this fact.

An Online Service is any electronic service available to Repsol Group customers and users which requires a username and password to be accessed and utilized. By this, we mean services which are accessed via web pages, mobile apps, or similar, and require registration.

We must process your personal data to create Your Repsol Account and allow you to use this service. As we strive for the highest possible level of transparency, below we present basic information about how we process your personal data:

Data subject to processing  

Solred, S.A.: Any data you provide; data associated with Your Account; data provided by companies that manage shared files related to the fulfillment of monetary payment obligations; data on incidents, complaints, suggestions, or queries; and data provided by other Repsol Group1 companies in the case that you have authorized them to do so.

Repsol, S.A.: registration data and other data associated with Your Account, such as products and/or services of which you are a customer or user and data on incidents, suggestions, queries or claims.

(viii) Transfer to the Repsol Group1 Communicate your data to other companies of the Repsol Group1 so that they can enrich their databases by obtaining information belonging to other companies in the Repsol Group1 and analyze behavior patterns for internal big data purposes and a comprehensive understanding of the client in all its relationships with the group. This implies that you authorize other Repsol Group1 companies to share your data with the company that processes it. Your consent Solred, S.A.
(ix) Marketing of third-party products Send you marketing information about the third-party products and services identified below2. All marketing information may be sent electronically or by any other means. Your consent Solred, S.A.

(2) Information will be sent about the following products and services: invitations to informational, sports, and recreational events; promotions; contests; drawings; and marketing information about solutions with regard to energy, transport, mobility, automotive assistance, insurance, finance, leisure, travel, home, sports, gastronomy, loyalty programs, payment methods and services, and telecommunications sectors.

Transfer to third parties

As a general rule, we do not transfer your data to third parties, with the exception of the following cases: (i) anywhere required by law; (ii) service providers acting as data processors; (iii) third parties who hold shared files regarding the fulfillment of monetary payment obligations, in the event you are in default; (iv) third parties who own services or products that the user voluntarily requests (e.g., when the user wishes to benefit from an offer from another Repsol Group1 company or partner, or when they request financing); (v) other Repsol Group1 companies for the purposes of enriching and creating profiles pursuant to the section on processing purposes.

Data storage

We will process your data for the duration of the contractual relationship. However, if you have not placed any orders on the Online Service and you only log in as a user, we will store your data until you cancel Your Account. Once the contractual relationship has been terminated or Your Account has been canceled, where applicable, your data will be stored solely for the purposes of responding in the case of legal liability.

Nevertheless, if we notice that you have not used or interacted with Your Account or any of our Online Services for a period of two (2) years, we will cancel Your Account, deregister you from any Online Service you are signed up for, and store your data solely for the purposes of responding to any legal liability.

Data subjects' rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing. Specifically, users have the right to oppose processing based on the existence of a legitimate business interest or on their consent at any time. Additionally, consent may be revoked at any time. You may exercise these rights by writing to the registered address of the entity acting as the data controller, or by sending an email to rgpd.crc@repsol.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority at any time.

International transfers
