Repsol Petróleo is now Repsol Fuels: energy offer focused on mobility

On February 9th, 2026, the company "Repsol Petróleo, S.A." changed its corporate name to "Repsol Fuels, S.A.U." The company will remain registered in the same location and all tax information will remain unchanged.

This change is part of our commitment to our customers. Adopting the name "Fuels" highlights the focus on solutions for mobility and meeting the energy needs of society in general.  The modification of the company name does not affect the legal structure, rights, obligations or contracts in force. We remain the same entity, with a new name that looks towards the future.
