Repsol begins gas production from the Sagari field in Peru

  • The total production of block 57, where the Sagari field is located, increased by 25% to 5.6 million cubic meters per day, equivalent to one fourth of Peru’s natural gas demand.
  • Repsol operates the field, which is located in one of the areas with the highest gas production potential in Peru, along with the Kinteroni field.
