Repsol signs first Asian LNG supply deal

  • Repsol and Kogas have signed a 15-month LNG supply agreement.
  • The agreement involves the shipment to Korea of 1.9 bcm of gas, equivalent to the annual supply of a million homes.
  • Repsol will ship the LNG from the Peru LNG terminal.
  • The landmark agreement extends Repsol’s European and American operations to Asia, boosting the company’s position as a leader in global LNG supplies.
