  • Repsol and the Libyan Government agreed in 2007 to begin work on refurbishing and improving the facilities at the Ubari Hospital in the Murzuq Basin.
  • This agreement includes the implementation of training programs for hospital staff, ensuring the continuity of the project.
  • Repsol has donated two ambulances, two buses and basic medical equipment to the hospital. Water and electricity supply facilities and the air conditioning system were also repaired.
  • This project is part of Repsol’s corporate social responsibility commitment in the countries where it operates.
  • With this agreement, Repsol strengthens its presence in Libya, where it has exploration and production blocks.
