Processing purposes and legal basis:

Transfer to third parties: In general, we will not transfer your personal data except in the following cases: (i) To other Repsol Group entities (https://repsol.info/estructura), to fulfil any of the aforementioned purposes; (ii) When it is necessary by virtue of a legal obligation; (iii) To service providers in their capacity as data processors, in order to comply with any of the aforementioned purposes, including domiciled outside the European Economic Area, with the guarantees described in www.repsol.com/privacidad and to the extent that access and/or international transfer is necessary for the fulfilment of said purposes.

Data storage: We will process your personal data, as long as you do not cancel your subscription, for a maximum period of two years, after which we will ask you if you want to continue receiving our notifications. Once canceled, your data will be stored solely for the purposes of responding to any type of legal liability.

Data subjects' rights: Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing. Specifically, users have the right to oppose processing based on the existence of a legitimate business interest at any time and to withdraw previously granted consent. You may exercise these rights by writing to the registered address of the entity acting as the data controller or by sending an email to protecciondedatos@repsol.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at any time.
