Culture survey

As a way to continue improving, we regularly conduct a culture survey that assesses the most important cultural aspects of our transformation, as well as other areas related to our employees satisfaction and commitment. Thanks to this questionnaire, we can learn about their perceptions on a number of key aspects, and its results help us to work on improvement measures that also have an impact on the well-being of our employees. 

All company employees are key in the development of this consolidated active listening process.

Action plans

Following the results obtained from the survey, improvement measures were identified in which employees participate. On a regular basis, people from all over the organization are involved in working on initiatives that enable us to continue to make progress on sustainability, digitalization, organizational commitment and support, an inclusive work environment, and our transformation goals.

Diversity and equal opportunities

We have a Diversity and Work-Life Balance Committee whose job it is to ensure and promote diversity and work-life balance for all employees in the Company. We promote equal opportunities through our commitment to generational, cultural, professional, gender, and ability diversity.
