Wind energy assets

In July 2020, we signed an agreement with Grupo Ibereólica Renovables. The project portfolio in Chile of the joint venture together with Grupo Ibereólica Renovables has a joint portfolio of assets in operation, under construction, or in advanced development of more than 1,200 MW, with a commercial operation date until 2025 and with the possibility to exceed 2,600 MW by 2030.

This partnership in Chile has a diversified asset portfolio, of wind energy, and currently operates 50% of the Cabo Leones III wind farm, with 94 MW, and Atacama wind farm, with 165.3 MW.

Moreover, in 2025, we have launched the first renewable project developed completely by us: Antofagasta Phase 1, with 364 MW.

Our projects

Cabo Leones III

Located in the Atacama, this renewable asset has two phases (79 MW and 110 MW) and generates 520 GWh per year, meeting the energy needs of 170,000 Chilean households.

Atacama

The Atacama wind farm, located in the Chilean province of Huasco, has 165.3 MW of installed capacity and produces nearly 450 GWh per year, equivalent to the consumption of more than 150,000 Chilean households.

Antofagasta

Located in the commune of Taltal, in the Antofagasta region, it has a total installed capacity of 364 MW and generates 750 GWh per year, equivalent to the average annual consumption of 220,000 households in Chile.
