On September 23, 2025, we take an important step in our evolution: Repsol Química, S.A. changes its corporate name and becomes Repsol Materials, S.A.
Almost a year ago, our business already changed its name at the commercial level to Repsol Materials. This change was driven by the increasingly international orientation of our markets, and it is now also consolidated legally with the new corporate name.
The new name reflects our commitment to transforming the energy sector. In an increasingly dynamic environment, we are embracing an identity that represents our ability to deliver advanced materials and continuous innovation, developing solutions that contribute to people’s well-being, quality of life, and industrial progress.
This change does not affect the contracts, agreements, or commitments we have in place. It also does not imply any changes to commercial, service, or payment conditions. We will continue operating from our usual location, and our tax and banking details remain unchanged.
We are still the same company, with the same team, the same service vocation, and the same values.
With this new identity, we look to the future with greater strength, clarity, and ambition.
