Susana Meseguer is the executive managing director of Digitalization and Services and a member of Repsol’s Executive Committee. She coordinates the areas of CIO&CDO, Cybersecurity and Technological Risk, Global Services and Corporate Procurement, as well as leading the Group’s Procurement Transformation Program, ensuring the maximization and effectiveness of our operations and processes and driving their transformation through digitalization and artificial intelligence.
Until April 2025, she has been Director of Finance. She has previously held management positions in the financial and treasury field. During this time, her leadership has stood out in strategic operations such as the entrance of partners into the Renewables and Exploration and Production business verticals. The launch of Repsol’s sustainable financing framework and successful emissions management in the capital market have also been significant, providing businesses with the financial resources required for their development and growth.
Lastly, she has performed the role of consultant in subsidiaries of the group with external shareholders, such as the La Pampilla Refinery in Peru, in its day a listed company, and currently in CHC energía as well as in different internal subsidiaries.
Susana Meseguer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (Universidad de Valencia), Bachelor of Arts in Combined Studies (University of Wolverhampton), Advanced Management Program – IESE (2023-2024), Corporate Finance IESE, and Master's degree in Taxation and Tax Consultancy.
