Safety protocol for attending the 2021 Shareholders’ Meeting in person

To protect your health and comply with the current regulations, capacity at the Repsol Campus has been significantly limited. Entry will be on a first-come-first-served basis until the allowed maximum capacity is reached, after which time no one will be admitted. Moreover, the cocktail hour and delivery of the commemorative gift have been canceled. Face masks are must worn at all times. Thank you for your understanding.

Special measures for individuals attending the Shareholders’ Meeting in person

If you're attending the Shareholders’ Meeting, you must follow these guidelines:

  • Do not attend if you've been in close contact with someone who received a positive COVID-19 PCR test in the last month.
  • Do not attend if you've had any of these symptoms in the last 14 days: fever, cough, shortness of breath, pneumonia, sore throat, diarrhea, or loss of taste or smell.
  • Entry to the Campus will be through the main entrance: Calle Méndez Álvaro 44.

Prior to entering the Campus:

  • You must fill out a COVID questionnaire in the presence of a doctor.
  • Put on the mask provided by the organization.
  • Your temperature will be taken, and if your temperature is below the threshold, you will be allowed to access the facilities:
    • If it is under 37ºC, you go in without issue.
    • If it is over 27ºC you will not be allowed in and have to leave the premises.

 

While you're on Campus:

  • You will be assigned a spot in the auditorium that will guarantee a 2 meter (6 foot) social distance between people, and you must stay seated throughout the entire event.
  • No food or drink will be allowed in the auditorium.
  • Using hand sanitizer upon entering and exiting will be mandatory.
  • Follow the instructions given by the event staff.
