Repsol's Ethics and Compliance Channel

Repsol’s Ethics and Compliance Channel enables the Company’s employees and third parties to make enquiries or report any potential non-compliance with the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct as well as the Crime Prevention Model confidentially and without fear of repercussions. This service is provided by an independent company (Navex Global) and is available online or by telephone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Once a message is received via Repsol’s Ethics and Compliance Channel, it will be forwarded to the organizations within the Group that are responsible for processing it and, if necessary, making the appropriate checks.
