Our selection process

The goal of our selection processes is to learn more about you: career path, concerns, motivations, interests. That is why, before deciding whether to join a company, you should reflect on the direction you want to take in your professional career.

The selection process

By deciding to participate in the vacancy selection process, you must have already asked yourself the following questions: Do I want to undertake a commercial, technical or management activity? Do I want an international career or do I prefer to work in my city? What preliminary steps must I take to achieve my long-term professional goal? Here are some suggestions:

  • Be clear and concise on your CV, making it at most 2 pages long.
  • Describe achievements and goals.
  • During the interview: Bring out the best of your knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Be yourself.

We will provide you with information and advice on the nature of the duties we are proposing, on the development opportunities you can have on the job and on what it will allow you to learn as a basis for your future goals.
