This center provides strategic support in attaining the company's objectives by promoting, attracting, developing, and retaining the talent of current and future Repsol employees.
The Corporate Learning Center is a space for learning, innovation and excellence at Repsol, providing integrated management of the training process. It also promotes and accompanies both the professional and personal development of Repsol's professionals in their commitment to building a better future.
The center's activities include the Master's Programs for New Professionals in Hydrocarbon Exploration and Production (E&P), Refining, Petrochemicals, and Gas (RPG); and Energy Management, formerly taught at the Higher Institute for Energy (ISE), part of the Repsol Foundation.
This program is designed to promote the training of professionals interested in developing their skills in oil and gas exploration and production. In the past, candidates that have been selected have had a four-year Bachelor's degree, or a three-year undergraduate degree along with an official Master's Degree, in areas such as Petroleum, Chemical, Petrochemical, Industrial, Civil, or Marine Engineering, Mining or Geology, along with a degree in Physics, Geology and Mathematics.
Qualification: MSc. in Oil and Gas Exploration and Production.
Start date: 1 September 2015
Target group for 2015-2016: Candidates with a four-year Bachelor's degree, or a three-year undergraduate degree along with an official Master's Degree, in either Petroleum, Industrial, Mining, Civil, Chemical, or Geological Engineering, or with a degree in Geology obtained between Jauary 1st, 2012 and July 31st, 2015, are eligible to apply for the course.
Duration: 11 months with a course load of more than 1,500 hours
Venue: Repsol Corporate Learning Center, Móstoles, Madrid, Spain. Joint program with Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, United Kingdom.
Language: Hydrocarbon exploration and production activities are of a highly international nature which is why this course is given entirely and exclusively in English.
Software: We use the same software that the company uses in each area, from subsurface to surface. We have received donations of training and learning licenses from different companies such as: Schlumberger, Senergy Software, Halliburton, Petroleum Experts, Weatherford, Aspentech, IHS, among others.

This program was designed to reinforce training of multipurpose engineers for industrial complexes by developing knowledge in refining, petrochemicals, and gas.
Qualification: Master in Refining, Petrochemicals and Gas (RPG).
Objectives: To train multipurpose engineers for industrial complexes (production, processes, engineering and maintenance) through the acquisition and development of knowledge and technical skills required in the refining, petrochemicals and gas sectors.
Target group: Those eligible to apply for the course will have a four-year Bachelor's degree in one of the following subjects: Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Naval Engineering, Mining Engineering, Graduates in Chemistry; or a three-year undegraduate degree plus an official Master's degree from the Ministry of Education and Science in one of the previous areas, completed after 2011.
