Repsol has received the Equality in the Workplace Seal of Approval from the Spanish Ministry of Health, Social Policy and Equality.
This certification is awarded to companies that stand out for their implementation of policies on equality, equal treatment and opportunities for their workers.
Of the 600 companies who sought this certification, only 36 received it –including Repsol.
Moreover, Repsol has continued to promote awareness of the "Companies for a Society Free of Gender-Based Violence" initiative launched by the Spanish Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality. This program aims to raise awareness about the fight against gender-based violence through a nationwide campaign.
