Our Corporate Learning Center acts as a strategic base to help us achieve our corporate objectives by promoting, attracting, developing, and retaining the talent of current and future Repsol employees. The CLC was created in 2008 with the aim of becoming Repsol's internationally renowned space for learning, innovation, and excellence to assist its employees and strategic partners in the implementation of our company's plans. This center manages the company's training processes in an integrated manner and is a tool to promote and assist the professional and personal development of Repsol's professionals as part of its commitment to build a better future.
In 2015, the CLC's role as a Corporate University was recognized with the CLIP Certificate, which was granted by the EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development), an international organization that groups together more than 800 organizations from the academic, business, and consulting sectors in over 81 countries. Repsol is the fourth Spanish company to be granted this prestigious certificate, which has only been awarded to 17 companies worldwide. Our company is the first Spanish energy company to earn this recognition.
