Materials and technology at the service of our roads
In our facilities, we produce the raw materials necessary for manufacturing more sustainable asphalts, which last longer and are able to be recycled at the end of their useful life.
Thanks to the use of bitumens and emulsions containing rejuvenators, which we produce in our plants, we can recycle and reuse highway pavement that has become deteriorated by use and weather. In this way, we are able to reduce the quantity of asphalt waste that ends up in landfills by giving it several more lives.
Additionally, we are developing our own technology that will give roads "self healing" capabilities when its materials begin to show signs of damage, therefore increasing its useful life.
We are also working on initiatives with other industrial sectors (industrial symbiosis) like tire manufacturers. Through our own development techniques, we collaborate with these industries in evaluating and reusing its waste to produce asphalts, even improving the properties of conventional asphalts.

Fuels from urban waste
We recover leftover energy from urban waste that has reached the end of its useful life in order to produce fuels.

Drilling mud management
We transform drilling mud waste into new fuels by applying thermal desorption techniques.
We transform plastic waste into circular polyolefins that feature the same quality and functionality of virgin materials.
Lubricants formulated with regenerated bases
We use base oils derived from the regeneration of used oils to produce new lubricants.
Waste treatment in exploration and production operations
We apply bioremediation and compost techniques to make use of waste.
Reusing water from urban wastewater treatment plants
We reuse water from urban wastewater treatment plants to reduce the amount of fresh water consumed.
