Ceramic Emulsions

The emulsions in the REPSOL REDEMUL®-CER range are fully compatible with ceramic paste and leave no residue due to combustion at temperatures above 800°C. They have been designed to improve the fluidity and unmoulding of the paste during its processing for the manufacture of ceramic pieces.

REPSOL REDEMUL® A1 emulsion is specifically used for the manufacture of industrial abrasive wheels and has a large binding capacity, providing good consistency for the piece and improving its handling before biscuiting. They can also be used for painting pieces and treatment with enamels.
