The SDCE is the only digital media outlet in the supply chain industry that covers the entire global supply chain. They have selected us as winners for its "Top Supply Chain Projects 2022" award, which highlights successful and innovative transformation projects that deliver bottom-line value to small, medium, and large companies in various supply chain functions.

"Control Tower" is the digital project for which we have been selected, an innovative project that maximizes the level of service and the optimization of economic margins through the performance of an innovative system, which improves decision-making and reduces processing times response throughout the entire Chemical business supply chain.

Control Tower is an integrated modular setting as each part of our process is supported by specific technological elements. It allows us to digitally process historical and current information about our business to provide valuable information that helps us make decisions and optimize the level of service we offer. It also changes our internal processes towards a more transversal and collaborative flow.

From the point of view of business processes, it has a direct impact on the Operational Planning, Unit Scheduling, Demand Management, Inventory Optimization, and Logistics teams. It achieves a holistic decision view and a quantification of their impact.
