We develop a new polymeric polyol grade for the comfort market

This new grade grade presents values of free Styrene, lower than 5 ppm and a very low total organic volatile content.

Repsol’s Polymeric polyol range has been developed to meet the most demanding requirements of the polyurethane industry. These requirements allow obtaining flexible foams for the manufacturing of bedding and furniture.

We have improved our processes making possible to achieve a specification of Styrene–free content of less than 5 ppm and a reduction of total volatile organic compounds in 75% compared to a standard polymer polyol.
