In order to adapt to our new objectives, to improve our management, and to reduce the turnover rate, we carried out a 180º evaluation and update of the leadership profiles prevalent in the company. Our leaders should set an example with their values, behavior, and by achieving objectives efficiently.

    Before making a big change, first you need to prepare the people that will be leading it. Therefore, our directors were the first to be assessed and evaluated in 2017.
