What bills are available online at Solred DIRECTO?
You may examine the bills for the last three months and request a duplicate copy of the monthly bills of the past five years. 
Can I download the items of the bill from Solred DIRECTO?
You can download the items of the bills from the past three months. 
 
What transactions are available online at Solred DIRECTO?
You may examine the transactions of the current month and the previous two months by card, registration number or account. 
What transactions can be downloaded online at Solred DIRECTO?
You can download transactions from the current month and the previous two months.
Why do I get an error when consulting transactions of the month by registration number?
The registration must be filled in exactly as it appears on the card.
What is the difference between the "Amount" and the "Total Amount" on the transactions file?
The "Amount" field refers to the amount of the transaction with VAT and the "Total Amount" includes discounts applied to the transaction. 
How do I know what the fields with codes of the transaction and billing files refer to?
All codes and their descriptions appear in the Appendix which can be found in the Solred DIRECTO manual located in the DATA menu. 
When does a change to a restriction on my card enter into force?
The restriction will come into force the following day at 12 midnight.
