How can I apply for a Solred card?

You can obtain your Solred cards in participating service stations, through your bank, a banker's guarantee, a deposit or a cash deposit. Please click here for more information
Apply for it using the Solred mailbox.
How can I cancel my card?
If you no longer need a card due to a change in vehicle or the cancellation of the same, we would ask you to return the card to the address indicated below. You should cut your card in half in order for the cancellation to be effective:

How can I get copies of my Solred bills?
If you need copies of your last Solred bills, you can request them by calling the Customer Helpline on
902 136 137. What is more, you can also request them by using the On-line Solred Directo service.
What do I do in case of lost or stolen cards?
If your Solred card is lost or stolen, call our Customer Helpline on
902-136-137 and we will immediately proceed to block your card and at the same time set about sending you a new one. If your card is stolen, Solred recommends that you report it to the nearest police station.

Should you need additional cards for new vehicles, you only have to apply for them from Solred. This can be done through Solred Directo, by faxing
902 116 217 or alternatively calling on
902 136 137, indicating your ID card no., customer number, and the new vehicle license plate number.
How do I change my contact details?
If you need to change your contact or correspondence details address, you can request it either by faxing the number
