This service provides the following information.
For each sample processed, a results card will be issued along with the diagnosis and recommendations.
By looking at the results obtained from the analyses, you will be able to assess the condition of the machine in question, and also check its evolution by comparing it with the results from previous samples.
To make it easier for you to see and understand the results, they are shown in different colours depending on whether they are normal, alert or alarm, as the system has fixed limits based on Repsol's Technical Assistance's 10 year plus experience in making diagnoses.
The system issues a diagnosis indicating the abnormal results, possible causes of the fault and recommendations on alternatives for checking the faults or action to be taken to rectify them. Even in completely normal situations, the system makes suggestions on how to increase or reduce the oil change period or the details for a new sample dispatch.
