How to use it

To be an ADOC Marinos system's user is simple: you just have to apply for it.  All you need to do is contact one of our branches or go to our Technical Assistance office in Madrid.

Our staff will provide you with a customer code, as well as some forms on which you should indicate, for each of the engines or machinery on which you want to do the follow-up, the information necessary for you to enter the system.

Once your application is made, Repsol will give you:

Documentation

  • Special containers for taking samples
  • Bar code labels for sample identification.
  • Cards for sending information on each sample.
  • Envelopes with pre-paid postage for sending the samples to our laboratories.

    Taking samples

The data card contains a series of instructions to be followed in order to take a sample properly. Once taken, the sample must be identified with the two labels with the same bar code: one marked with an A, for the bottle containing the oil sample and another one, marked with a T, for the card with the information on the aforementioned sample.

    Postal delivery

Fill in all the data required on the information card, both that which is necessary for handling purposes (customer, installation, engine details, etc) and for the diagnosis (oil data, hours of use, daily replacements, etc.). Then put the card along with the sample bottle, tightly closed, inside the special envelope and send it to the stipulated address.
