Samples in test tubes

The samples and cards received are registered in the laboratory.

The samples are then classified and entered in the system by means of a bar code reader, while the information on the card is entered via an application that automates the process based on data from previous samples.

According to the type of oil being analyzed, the most suitable parameters are established.  In this way, if we are dealing with oil from a bath transformer it will be necessary to check the oil's dielectric rigidity factor, a parameter which is not important with samples from other types of machines.

Over 80 different parameters can be analyzed, thereby covering the entire spectrum of machines in the industry.

Some of these parameters include: viscosity, TBN and TAN, foam, emulsion, solubles, metals by spectometry, counting of particles, nitration, oxidation and dielectric properties.
