It is recommended for annual consumptions of over 40 tons. The location of the tank can either be on the surface or underground.
Repsol Gas supplies the tank and is responsible for its maintenance. The gas tank is Repsol Gas property, and rest of the installation belongs to the customer.
Equal service charges are billed each month, including the maintenance and tank hire.
Repsol Gas is responsible for:
- Supplying the tank which includes transportation and unloading (except in cases of difficult access).
- Tank valves.
- Sacrificial anodes for underground tanks.
The Customer is responsible for:
- Both the external and internal networks.
- Standard fire extinguishers and their maintenance.
- The project and permit from the respective authorized association, the overseeing of works, the certificate for setting up installation.
- Arranging and obtaining building permits from the appropriate Regional Body.
- Municipal licence. Arranging permits and paying local rates.
- Tank unloading in case of difficult access.
- Fencing which surround the outside of the tank (industry and/or public place).
- Public works for the underground tank (if this type of tank is chosen).
- Charging holes that are away from the tank (if the tank is inaccessible).
- Plant and soil replacement.
Repsol Gas resolves customer questions in all processes.
