All vessels bound for Repsol Marine Terminal (terminal.coruna.repsol.com) are required to inform the Terminal the ETA to La Coruña inmediately after living the last port of call, and confirmation of ETA 72 hours, 48 hours, and 24 hours prior arrival. Significant changes of ETA must be reported as well.

All messages should be addressed to the Ship's Agent with the remark "Deliver a copy to Marine Terminal office".

In the 72 hour message the Master should also state the following information:

FFFManifold details: type, number and diameter (cargo and bunker)
GGGIs to the vessel aproved by Repsol Vetting?. Date of expiration of the approval
HHHOperational info: Confirm following equipment are fully operational: Navigation, safety, fire fighting, anchoring, mooring, IGS and COW (if applicable)
IIIIf the COW is to be carried out during the discharging: vessels are required to ask for authorisation of de Port Authority to carry out COW while discharging, at least 24 hours prior arrival, and it may be routed through the ship´s agent
JJJConfirm if cargo tanks are inerted (if applicable)
KKKRequirements: Bunker (Quantity and grades), Fresh Water, Deballasting, Slops and Nitrogen
LLLISPS code: Does the vessel have a flag state ISSC in compliances of ISPS Code?. Validity (MM/DD/YYYY) Current ship Security Level and Ship Security Officer (Name and position)
MMMNotice of requirements and any other message that the sip´s master considers convenient
