These regulations are to be observed by all personnel on visiting Vessels, visitors to the Terminal area, ship's crew members, and Governmental agencies, e.g. Customs - Immigration - Police, etc...
The use of galley stoves and other cooking equipment shall be permitted only if all fire regulations are followed and no hazard exists.
During Repsols operations, stores handling are not allowed.
Once the vessel finish Repsols operations, the PSO of the Port Authority can allows stores handling.
During the loading/discharging or transferring from one compartment to another, NO CRAFT shall be allowed alongside a Vessel unless approval has been given by Terminal Representative and agreed by Master.
When tugs are alongside assisting a Vessel, all cargo hatches must be closed irrespective of the type of petroleum which is or has been carried, unless all cargo tanks are gas-free.
Under no circumstances will other emergency vehicular traffic be permitted on the jetty, unless approval has been given by the Terminal.
No tank washing or gas-freeing is permitted while the Vessel is in berth, unless approval has been given by the Terminal Representative.
Funnel uptakes and boiler tubes must not be blown while the Vessel is at dock or its approaches.
During darkness, the areas of main deck, cargo manifolds, the sea around the Vessel and the access area to the tanker, will be well and safely illuminated.
CARTAGENA TRAFFIC PORT CONTROL: Permanent watch service on VHF channels: 12 & 16.
CARTAGENA PILOT STATION: Permanent watch service on VHF channel: 12.
REPSOL TERMINAL : Permanent watch service on VHF channel: 06.
Also the Vessel must maintain permanent watch on manifold and gangway area.
