Smoking Regulations
On shore, smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas except the offices in the Central Control Building.
Smoking in Vessels may be permitted in any enclosed accommodation, subject to the approval of the Master and the Terminal Representative.
It is strictly prohibited to use lighters matches or to carry lighted cigarettes, cigars and pipes in all areas of the Vessel and the Terminal except in the places assigned and approved for smoking.
Torches, cameras; cellular phones and portable electric lights
Torches (flash lights) shall be intrinsically safe, or approved for use in hazardous areas.
The use of electric hand lamps and equipment worked off portable electric leads are prohibited in any cargo or adjacent ballast space, pumproom, cofferdam, bunker compartment, hold or on the main deck.
