Repsol carries out diverse tests to assure that its compounds complete the most demanding requirements in order to obtain a maximum yield.
It has complex mathematical models that allow us a first approach to the properties of the final products according to the changes made in some parameters. An example of these is the Simulator of Thermicity.
Our laboratory tests analyse different samples manufactured in our own centre as well as those provided by clients. They study such properties as those mechanical, optic (thermicity, diffusion of light, etc.), duration of the anti-drip effect and aging tests.
Before being released on the market, and after exhaustive laboratory studies, the products are checked out in field tests in experimental farms to prove their agronomic results.
Finally the products are tested on farms and under real conditions.
